[opencms-dev] cannot delete file in a folder

Hi Chris,

we had this behaviour once in a while with oc 7.5. My guess is this:
With a value of max_allowed_packet too low for a file to upload you will get an error message. If you dismiss this message a resource is created anyway but with no content attached. You then can not delete this resource w/o content. The only way (I can remember of) is to clean up the database manually.
