[opencms-dev] OpenCms 9.1 WYSIWYG Editor: missing title attribute for links

Hello,

after updating to OpenCms 9.1 I'm missing the opportunity to add/modify 
the title of a link within the WYSIWYG editor. The "Insert link" tool 
only offers URL, text to display and target but not the title for the 
link (that does appear on mouse-over), so does anybody know how to 
activate the title field again?
