[opencms-dev] Can't Denied Direct Publish

Hi List!

I'm using OpenCms v9.0.1 I want to deny "direct publish" for some files. I
have other OU for the content management.
So I have two groups in content management, one for reading and other just
for write, the two groups I have to deny the "direct publish".
The problem is I already set the permissions, I checked on denied "Direct
publish" but anything happen.

I'm missing something? or is a kind of bug?
