if videos have multiple subtitles, probably suitable subtitle language is
automatically selected by the user location.

You may needed to force display subtitle for users who turn off subtitle by
default.
To do so,
  * add "yt:cc=on" tag on videos(only owner can do it)
  * or embed videos with &cc_load_policy=1 parameter.

Also it is possible to change a different language from the settings icon
at the bottom of the YouTube player.
