Hi Chris,
there is a thread on this issue from a few weeks ago. Kai (Widmann), Fabian and myself were involved.
Title: OpenCms 9.5 installation stops with no indication what's happening.

Unter tomcat7, Ubuntu 14 server, I'm doing a (full, not update) Opencms
9.5.0 installation and I'm seein this in the installation log:
