[opencms-dev] Not able to drag and drop newly created site

Hi All,
           I have created new site using opencms 9.0, so i have two site 
in opencms one is default and second is test. But I am not able to drag & 
drop navigation, dynamic functions in newly create site containerpage.
Please someone help me out what i have to do so that drag and drop will 
work.
