[opencms-dev] projectmanager(s) group

I found  a few users in my user base belonging to the groups
"Projectmanager" and "Projectmanagers".

I assume they are obsolete in later OpenCMS versions and especially in 
9.5.0, right? So no need to introduce these groups, probably.
Were these groups in early OpenCMS versions or were they introduced by 
me/us? Not sure, maybe they stem from
OpenCMS < 5 ?
