[opencms-dev] problem publishing the files

Hi,
 
we are facing issue in publishing the content. When we drag and drop the 
content in Text layout and add some content to it we get option
to publish the file first time. Now if the file is published and we and 
modify the content in the text layout, after saving the content we
do not get publish option this time. I want publish option all the time 
when we modify the content. Please help with this issue.
