[opencms-dev] unable to add content type - 9.5

I don´t have experience with 9.5 (only with 9.0), but…
Check the:
- locked resources
- formatter settings of the xmlcontent (containers must be set correctly)
- module configuration (xmlcontent gallery and name pattern must be set)

I've created a new content type. and when I choose "Add Content" in my container page, I can see my newly created module there. but It looks like it is disabled. I am not able to drag and drop it in my container page. what could be issue?
