[opencms-dev] unable to add content type - 9.5

wow!  it worked for me finally.. little mistake from my side. 

I've deleted my resource types and created a new resource type in the admin > module > edit a module (bootstrap formatter) > add resource type

also tried to add a module manually in the server using opencms-modules.xml and it worked as well.
