[opencms-dev] How to configure multisite in opencms 9

Hi All,
            I have a running website in opencms 9. Now i want to configure 
another website with with in same domain for example:
I have domain name like http://xyz.com, now i want second website 
something like
http://xyz.com/test. or something like 4
http://test.xyz.com
is it possible in opencms. if yes then how to do it. Please help me out 
fro this problem.
i have search but nothing found in this regard. i just found tutorial for 
other domain name but not with in domain name.

below is the example which i want:
http://india.gov.in/             --------- this is for english portal
http://india.gov.in/hi/        --------- this is for hindi portal

I want the same as i am also going to develop a site in multi language one 
in english ans second in punjabi.
