[opencms-dev] OAMP/Calendar v8

Dear list,

I have finally managed to make the alkacon-oamp modules compilable again. I
have also upgraded the calendar v8 module to use the fullcalendar 2.3.1.

You can use the code if you wish, but please be cautious as I'm by no means
an OpenCms expert. I'd very much suggest to review the code before merging
/ importing it into production.

Any feedback is appreciated, but I have to move to a different project, so
I'll soon begin to forget about the implementation details...
