[opencms-dev] how to limit admin or any other user uploding only specific file types

Hi All,
I want to limit the user including admin too to upload specific type of 
files other type must be disable. if any one try to upload file into 
opencms system then a proper message should be display. whether user 
uploading file from front end or workplace.
