[opencms-dev] How to include content elements in my page

Good night.

 developed an own template using OpenCms 9.5.1 to learn how to use it.In my template enter the following code:
But I can not insert text elements, image, or source code itself in this area.
When access the add content in ADE menu text elements, image and all others are gray and impossible to be selected.
How do I accept that my template these elements?
