[opencms-dev] How to enable Workflow in opencms 9.5

Hi,
  I am using opencms 9.5.I want to maintain the hierarchy between the
editors who edit the pages and publisher who publish the changes.Editor
should not publish the changes and their should be notification mail sent
to the publisher for all respective changes.Kindly tell me what should I do
for the above mentioned scenario.Is there any workflow present in OpenCms
9.5.
