[opencms-dev] New Resource type not active

Check the following:

- the container type in your formatter config ist not present in your page
- the jsp configured in your formatter config does not exist
- there is a syntax error in your jsp, check the log files (always do that
anyway)
- the file type of your formatter config is not formatter_config
- the configuration for the formatter in the .config of the module or the
website might be wrong
