[opencms-dev] How can enable all button TinyMCE - OpenCms 9.5.2?

Actually, "Some things like the button bar items should be defined in the
global widget configuration of the file opencms-vfs.xml."
Anyway, it looks like a modified tinymce.js resource isn't properly
initialized.
We are trying to extend the buttonbar with a custom button and a dialog
(let's call it "youtube video link", where you can put the video url and a
description), but it is not available even after a restart of the servlet
container.
Any hint on the workflow for this kind of customization?
Best,
Enrico
