[opencms-dev] layoutrow disabled, why?

Hello,

I'm using opencms 9.5, bootstrap template demo. I created a subsite map for
testing in which I configure layoutrow and templaterow types as in
grid-demo.

Then I created a template (containerpage) in .templates folder inside
.content folder.

 

When editing the template (my user has role administrator) I cannot choose
the layoutrow type because it is grayed out.

The configuration seems identical to the one in grid-demo, but with
different beahaviour. What may I have missed?
