[opencms-dev] Error building Tag 9.5.2 on Windows 8.1

The problem is that my windows user profile is mapped to a network drive and thus pathes like \\ <file:///\\%3curl> <url> show up in the classpath.

How I love Windows :)

As a work around for now I will build OpenCms in a VM and if I have a lot of time see if I can trick gradle into believing that my user profile is situated elsewhere.

Funny that I never had this issue with gradle before and that the containerpage editor sources trigger this behaviour :)

Many thanks

\Fabina

"java.io.File is not supported by GWT" [https://vaadin.com/forum/#!/thread/8518983/8532535]

Any "file:..." element in the classpath would apparently trigger this error...

The error hints at some kind of malformed classpath. Try with "gradle --info gwt_org.opencms.ade.containerpage". The line immediately after the "Building GWT resources..." is the java command invoked by gradle. Examine it carefully. I suppose you haven't changed any classpath explicitly, so my guess is that it has something to do with you using some network drive.

Good luck!
