[opencms-dev] load a different set of templates by request

dear all,

is it possible to do one of the following in opencms (v9.5):

depending on the detected browser load a specific set of templates 
(let's say there's a template for mobile and another one for desktop 
browsers - and no, css media queries are not an option)

or

use the content of website a for website b. the idea is to let the 
editors maintain one website but serve the content in different layouts 
using different urls. the website uses xml content, no container pages.
