[opencms-dev] .config file in /system/modules/org.my.templates

I'm trying to build up a second 9.5.2 site taking an existing one as an 
example.
I created a new module with the typical directories (schema, templates, 
formatters etc..).
What I'm asking myself:

Which mechanism now generates the .config file that resides in the root 
of /system/modules/org.my.templates?
