[opencms-dev] Hello list: getting js errors + message scrolling down the screen "Service Implementation URL not specified" after upgrade to opencms 9.5.3

After upgrading to Opencms 9.5.3 whenever I open an offline page for my site within the explorer, I am getting the message scrolling down the page "Service Implementation URL not specified."  

The online site seems to work fine.
The js messages at first seemed to be compile errors with GWT, but after clearing my cookies/cache they came in all colors of the rainbow.
The first one in the scrolling messages I thought might be important as it's not "Service Implementation URL not specified" but rather "(TypeError) __gwt$exception: : Cannot read property 'D' of undefined"
