[opencms-dev] backup/restore users

I managed to overlook, that I had to backup my installed users while 
experimenting with installation of 9.5.3.

Fortunally I have a second site running which is kind of an uptodate 
mirror (not OCEE actually)
but manually mirrored. Anyway, how could I proceed to get the users from 
the one site to the
new (empty) one?
