[opencms-dev] Group/Role membership gets lost (9.5.3)

Don't know whether it's peculiar to 9.5.3, believe not
but when copying a package/site from one server to another with account 
data attached, it looks like
group/role membership gets lost. Can anybody confirem. At least this 
just happened to me here, when I copied
over a site from one server to another. The users on the source site 
were the same as the users on the destination site.
