[opencms-dev] Writing apps for the new launchpad

I forgot, that you need a few properties on

( 4 )/system/workplace/admin/<appname>/...o.k.
( 5 )/system/workplace/admin/<appname>/index.jsp...o.k.

I copied the folder from the git app (/system/workplace/admin/git/) and 
updated NavImage, NavText, Title and Description and renamed the jsp.
