Hi Manoj,

i think that alt attribute is not supported for <a> tag (according to W3C HTML4/HTML5 specification), so the TinyMCE editor removes it;)

Subject: [opencms-dev] Unable to provide alt text to the <a> tag

Hi,

I want to give alt attribute to <a> anchor tag. Whenever i added this attribute to the anchor tag in the article using its editor source code it remove that attribute. I did not understand why this is happening.

Is there any solution for this ?

Cheers

Manoj Sharma
