[opencms-dev] Very slow deploy 9.5.3 in Tomcat8 - JLanConfig

Hi,

I try deploy in Tomcat 8, but very delay for start application, I dont use
jlanconfig, how can disable this?

Delay 4 minutes in default OpenCms 9.5.3
