[opencms-dev] need help in starting opencms 10.0.1 docker image

I need some help in running docker images. I installed (Windows 7) the 
docker toolbox (which gives me the docker quickstart window)

For one: I don't see any process listening at port 8080 on localhost, 
consequently I cannot connect the browser to that port.

I was following the instructions on

https://hub.docker.com/r/alkacon/opencms-docker/

Can anyone help?
