Hi Patric,
the UI of the publish dialog can not handle that number of resources in
a sensible way. So we introduced this limit of 1000 resources.
If you want to publish a small subset of the changed resources, it is
best to use the direct publish feature.
When clicking publish in the dialog of your screen shot, the dialog will
close and delegate the publish job preparation to a background thread.
The preparation of this job may take a while, but it should end up in
the publish queue eventually. Only in case the job fails you will
receive a broadcast.
