Another listener question:

When the event I_CmsEventListener.EVENT_PROPERTY_MODIFIED get's fired?
I'm changing properites on a container page but always get event 
I_CmsEventListener.EVENT_RESOURCE_MODIFIED.

It would be very helpful to process CmsEvent only when property gets 
modified and not something else.
How to achieve this?
