[opencms-dev] Support cyrilic file names

Hello.

When uploading files with cyrilic charachters in filename OpenCMS 10.5.4 deletes any cyrilic symbols in filename.
Is it possible to transform cyrilic charachters in filename to latin symbols when uploading files?
