Hi Daniel,
no, I haven't put OpenCms as ROOT webapp.

Actually, because I'm installing OpenCms on a virtual machine, I'm using
this URL
http://<my-virtual-machine>:8080/opencms/setup
and not localhost :-).
Trying this URL
http://<my-virtual-machine>:8080/setup
doesn't work even.
*Tomcat* version is *8.5.30*
