[opencms-dev] Layout changes not saving

I have create a new site and new index page (OpenCMS 10.5, Tomcat 7,
SqlServer). After playing around with layouts (still don't know what I am
doing), I added some basic content and then published my changes. When I
reopen the page, all my changes are gone and all is there is "New Layout
Row". Do I have to do anything special to save changes?


Also, what is the best resource to learn the page layout management? The

helps but not quite.
