[opencms-dev] [Opencms 10.5] HtmlWidget Set default target for links

Hi,
When using htmlWidget, if you create a new link, an "Insert link" popup is
opened to fill the link data (url, text to display, tittle)
The default target is None, and we want to change it to "New window".
