[opencms-dev] file management

Sorry, like I said, I don't use Git very much, just when I submitted the code, there were a few newly added files that were not committed.


https://github.com/Yuanuo/opencms-core/tree/patch-07 with two commits now.


Also, logically, with this configuration, you can store everything on disk (I ran all jUnit Tests with this configuration before, and passed).
