[opencms-dev] OpenCms 11+ : hide categories tabs & context menus

Hi!
On OpenCms11+, how can we hide or disable selection of categories in

   - ADE workplace menu "add content" & "galleries"
   - ADE context menus
   - explorer files context menus
   - vfsfile widgets & co

We only need to handle categories in a custom widget into xmlcontent fields.
