[opencms-dev] opencms-dev Digest, Vol 410, Issue 1

Hi Allan,

that’s strange and difficult to answer. Could be multiple reason.
Maybe the workplace server has „no space left on device“. Or a process on the wp server uses a lot of RAM. You should check that.
Concerning the static export problem you might check your flex cache settings. Especially the maxkeys value could be to low, if you have a lot of files to export.
Default is 5000. We changed that to 50000.
If your are checking on that, please be aware that changing flex cache or OCEE accelerator settings incfluence the RAM usage of OpenCms. So you might need to change XMX as well.
HTH
Best regards
Kai

Hi, Kai

thanks for answering!

- Yes I checked on the workplace, the slaves are ok and replicating.
- We use linux and check the space is OK
- I compared the export folders in the slaves and it are different from the master. The master machine has the most updated files!.
- The strange thing is that everything worked perfectly before! The most bizarre thing is that along with this error we could not do any action on folders. For example: I tried right-clicking a folder, going to Advanced Options, Export, setting not export. Simply when I click OK, the workplace goes white, it doesn't work! No error in the chrome log or console or opencms.log. But if i do this action on a file Works perfect!

About Alkacon support, you need to pay for assistance. We are not currently paying it ☹

Hi Allan,

you can check if the slave is working in the administration view of OpenCms.
One possible reason: "no space left on device". If you have a linux based system you can check for that string in the log files.
Actually you should contact Alkacon support, for OCEE issues.

Best regards
Kai
