[opencms-dev] Problem installing Opencms under Apache Ofbiz

I am trying to run Opencms as a plugin within Ofbiz.  It passes the tests page, but when I try to install I am getting the error message below.  Can anyone please assist me in solving his issue?  Thank you so much in advance.
