[opencms-dev] restricting the role editor

Hello,
in OpenCms 11.0.1 at the moment the role editor has the right to use the sitemap via quick editor.
I don`t want the role editor to manipulate the navigationstructure.
Therfore I would like to withdraw the role editor
1) the right to use the sitemap (via quick editor)
2) the right to use the properties (via show menu) in the page editor.
Where/how can I do that?
