Hello Ramon,

i think you should use negative "-" symbol to exclude specific values:
https://solr.apache.org/guide/6_6/the-standard-query-parser.html#TheStandardQueryParser-TheBooleanOperator-

Something like that:
fq=parfents-folders:”/Folder1/” - "\Subfolder1\"
