Hi Filip.
Thank you. The macro works perfect.
Ad2) After a small look to the data-structure of OpenCMS… I will give it a try.
I need Solr (with geo-data)… and I all this records are part of websites and maps.
We decided to use OpenCMS to manage this content. They only thing was… split it up in more folder… or store it in one.
I think there is no difference… because all of the content is stored in one table.
Regards
Bernhard

Hi Bernhard,
1) Yes, it is possible, try the following macro: qi_%(number:6).xml
2) Not 100% sure but I think it should be OK. Anyway, I would consider storing data in DB or if you need search functions, you can index it in Solr (DB > Solr), but it requires custom development.
Cheers.

Hi all.
I searched for the possibility to define a name pattern with 6 digits in the filename.
At the moment I configured the name pattern with “qi_%(number).xml”.
This genereates filenames e.g. qi_00001.xml (5 digits)
Is it possible to define this with 6 digits?
I work on the migration from an old system which has around 150.000 records with an
Incremental number…. I want to use this number as the new filename. And I want to
use further new created records to use the same number circle.
Question 1) Is this possible to define 6 digits?
Question 2) Could this be a problem for OpenCms if I have so much records in one folder?
Kr
Bernhard
