[opencms-dev] OpenCMS 15 - error 404 after update of the jsp template of a jsp element like navigation.jsp

Hello,

I've a test website running OpenCMS 15. When I update my main template
(main.jsp), I save and publish the modification and after that I got
404 error on all website pages. If I restart Tomcat, all comes back.
Same issue when I update an element like my navbar component.

Is it an issue in OCMS15? How to fix it? A restart is not a solution
when we go in production.
