[opencms-dev] Version 19 upgraded? (Was: Unmarshalling XML document failed)

Hello Atle,

there has been no update at the release version of OpenCms. The 
download, which goes to github, has the file that was build on March 31, 
2015.

So I would guess, something got wrong in your prior installation, maybe 
something did not install correctly or was deleted after installation.

However, I do not know what you mean by "the user administration where 
the wand had moved into a sub menu to the right". There is no change 
here, the wand to create new users or groups is - and has always been - 
in the toolbar on top, the second icon from the left."
