[opencms-dev] Drag Handle Missing in Dynamic Functions After Upgrade to OpenCms 19

Hi,

After upgrading the project from OpenCms 10 to 19, the drag-and-drop handle (9
dots) for dynamic functions is no longer visible in edit mode. Also after
upgrade
the functionality of the icons is interchanged.  Could this issue be related to
container configuration, permissions, or changes in newer OpenCms versions?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
