[opencms-dev] Drag Handle Missing in Dynamic Functions After Upgrade to OpenCms 19

Hi,
Just checking in on my earlier query regarding the missing drag-and-drop handle
(9 dots) for dynamic functions and the interchanged icon functionality after
upgrading from OpenCms 10 to 19. Could you please advise if this may be related
to configuration, permissions, or version changes?
