[opencms-dev] Issue with Tabs EditPoint Visibility

Hello,

I am facing an issue with the Tabs component in OpenCms.

When logged in as Admin, the Tabs EditPoint is visible and editable. However,
when logged in as an individual school subsite user, only the Content EditPoint
is displayed, while the Tabs EditPoint is not visible.

The school user is assigned the role Editor from the Root Organizational Unit
and has all the required permissions on the respective school subsite folder.

Could you please help investigate why the Tabs EditPoint is not appearing for
the school subsite user, even though it is visible for the Admin user?

Please let me know if any additional information is required.
