[opencms-dev] Opencms 21 Multisite Setup

Ladies, Gentlemen,

it's been a while since I had to set up Opencms (10.5 was the latest 
version I used) and I'm a little confused on how to set up multiple 
sites in Opencms 21.

I have two websites, site1.blabla.com and site2.blabla.com. Site1 uses 
the original Mercury template, for site2 I want to use the Mercury 
template as base with some functional changes and of course another 
design So I created my own module and copied the needed Mercury elements 
into the  new module folders. Unfortunately it  seems I do something 
wrong, no matter what I do, I'm not able to connect to site2 (which is 
probably caused by a missing setting in nginx). And, even worse. once 
site2 is created I get an error when I try to access the workplace from 
any configured site:

"Accessing workplace or ADE through a server which has not been 
configured. Your site configuration is probably incorrect."

Opencms is behind nginx, nginx is used as proxy for site1 and site 2:
