openCMS up and running but can't seem to tackle the problem of encoding. I can't
get my default encoding set to iso-5589-1.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

combination with an apache2 webserver and an resin engine.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

there are a lot of solutions for the tomcat engine, but i can't find one for the
