develop a mobile portal that serves content that has been customised by the
capabilities of the handset. This will require that content be transformed into
either wml or xhtml depending on the handset capabilities. In addition to this a
specific item of content e.g. an image, may have several different versions, in
order to cater for the wide variation of screen sizes on
mobiles.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
