couple of my own templates and HTML files that I want to be included in my own
custom installation of OpenCms. I have an HTML page in the root folder, a
default body, template, JSP template and a file in the system/bodies
directory. I've also updated the manifest.XML file. However, after I do an
install, I can only see my HTML file in Offline mode. This is the error I get
when I try to view it on Online mode:</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

the page in Online until I manually publish.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
